What is the H864 (hate six four)? Why do I care? These are questions you are probably asking yourself. The H864 is a skate crew in Greenville, SC. The H864 was started in either late 2006 or in early 2007. The three founders of this crew as I am told are Jerry Harris, Eric Graham, and Cory Clarke. The name H864 is simple it comes from the area code of Greenville, which is 864 and the fact that everyone who lives their always hates on the skate scene. Thus creating H864. The H864 was highly popular in 2007 but has fizzled out in 2008. The crew is mostly known for encouraging everyone in Greenville to build spots and skate without "hatein" on every spot. They are also known for taking the initiative (like most skateboarders do) to make spots skateable for everyone. This happened due to the formation of two other skate crews in the Greenville area. The names of the two crews are unknown. They are both however very different in the way they skate and present themselves. The H864 also has a wall in SPOG (Skatepark of Greenville) that is dedicated to the crew and the Greenville skate scene.
